Is it a HDR?
If you do, I could recommend a brilliant HDR merger app that has the best results I've ever seen.
It completely eliminates that halo effect around horizons and high contrast areas, looking much more natural.
If you use windows though, afraid I don't know any equivalents.
Unfortunately, photoshop (surprisingly) isn't the best choice for HDR.
Cool subject matter though. I've always wanted to get some more beach shots. Weather looks very 'melbourne', haha.
Great how there's just one little girl there, alone. Really adds to the mood of the shot and compliments the sky well.
