Combining photographic and digital work is always tough, because real images have a crispness that's hard to emulate accurately. Considering that, I'm having a lot of trouble distinguishing exactly what you've done to it, which is a good thing!

You've blended your colours well. The pale fleshy/purple colours of the highlights transform into the darker greenish blues naturally, and her eyes and lips also look natural but not generic. There are only two things that actually bother me (it's normally way more) and that's the matte nature of the beads and the background. Backgrounds can be really annoying though. Good job!
